Chessecake Balls


Start with your cheesecake mix.

Scoop out bite size balls (use an ice cream scoop for easy, consistent size balls or you can use a spoon)

Roll in some cheesecake crust to make them easier to work with and more uniform.
Chill in freezer of a few minutes or in fridge for 20-30 minutes

While balls are chilling melt your chocolate

If you don't want to do the whole balancing act (trying to keep ball on stick) Just put cheesecake ball in bowl of chocolate. Spoon out and place on wax paper to dry

Add your sticks and decorations



There you have it yummy and cute
