Found frame at Goodwill and now its a cute hair clip holder
1st Cut a piece of card broad to the size of your frame.
2nd wrap card bard with some batting to give it a little cushion
3rd cover with your fabric
4th hot glue corners as tight as you can
So cute finished project
5th add some pretty ribbon to hold your clips
i make a lot of my own clips and add a piece of Velcro to the back to interchange them
see all the homemade flowers. Sooo cute
