Homemade Chalk Board Paint

Chalkboard paint can be pretty pricey but here's a cheaper Way to get the same look.

What you need:  Paint (any color any type), Non-sanded tile grout

Then mix 1 cup of paint to 2 table spoons of grout Then paint away
